Name : Salma M Ano	STRENGTH Has good environment to study -        the only one Islamic institute in Gorontalo -        free from air pollution	WEAKNESS -        the library is not complete -        each lecturer lazy to go to campus, because the campus area far from city -        shortage of lecturers
OPPORTUNITY 1.    The good environment effort concentration in studying 2.     The only State Islamic Institute In Gorontalo	ACTION 1:          The Institute should make the campus interesting, with build a public building such us a football field so the student don’t fell desolate.          Adding much book in the library.	ACTION II:       Because IAIN get development budget from government so institute should build passion to make a achievement in and out campus, with give scholarship or others.      Make a station bus/ bentor or else for the transportations so the lecture would not lazy to go to campus II.       Make announcement in internet, instead in board. So the student’s in second campus would not late to get the information.       Make public building such us volley ball field so the students with the society can  meet together.
CHALLENGE -        The campus is Islamic university	ACTION 3 The institute has to remake the regulation of the subjects’ time. The institute has to give furious facilities that support in learning activity.	NEGATIVE PREDICTION: If you  ignore all of the solution in action the second campus maybe always be the lack  IAIN campus and can’t developing.
